We had our first trip of the 2012 season, and wouldn’t you know it was actually a whale watch trip!  And boy was it great.  There whales were all over the open waters and it was a great start to a new season for the Ginny G.

Well the day finally came. We launched the boat today.  Everything went well, we had no problems.   The boat is looking really good and the great weather we have had offered us the opportunity to do a little extra cosmetic work.  We are now sitting at the dock waiting for the fish.. which could be any day now. As soon as they appear we will let you know!  Expect good fishing this year.

We are very excited to begin fishing for the 2012 season here on Cape Cod. We had a such a mild Winter, that the water is already warmer than normal for this time of year, which means we will have more fish swimming around this Spring. Well, the 2011 season for the Ginny G is pretty much over. We will be taking the boat out of the water any day now. We had a great time this year fishing with all of our customers and catching a lot of great fish. We caught everything from bluefish to codfish to bass and more. We wish everyone a fantastic Winter and we cannot wait to see you all again next year for the 2012 season.

WOW…the weather this past weekend was just fantastic! Hot and sunny and great weather for the beach and for fishing!
