Bluefish are out in abundance and we are enjoying catching them and our fishing groups are enjoying eating them.  We have found a really great Bluefish recipe that we think you will like. It is simple, fresh and perfect for a Summer meal.

Grilled Bluefish with Tomato and Herbs

2 pounds of Bluefish fillets
Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Chopped Fresh Dill and Chives
4 Tomatoes, sliced

Preheat your grill.

Mix together a dash of pepper and salt, mayonnaise, a squirt of lemon juice and the chopped dill and chives.

Place fish on tin foil and top with the mixture above.  Place the sliced tomatoes over top. Close the tin foil and grill until the fish is fully cooked through.
