After your next sport fishing trip aboard the Ginny G, use this recipe when cooking your fresh caught striped bass. We have had great comments regarding this very yummy recipe on several occasions.
2 striped bass filets
1 Small Onion
1/2 Cup of Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lemon & garlic Mrs. Dash
Lay the fillets on aluminum foil. Top with sliced lemon, sliced onion, butter chunks and sprinle with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash as you like. Close up the aluminum foil and grill over an open flame until cooked through.
Enjoy as is, or with a side of tarter sauce.
